How many times have you endured a broken heart and then realized some years later that underneath that loss was a blessing waiting to be born? If anybody really ever knew why, we'd probably all be celebrating most of the time. When it comes to loving another romantically, there is a lot of room for feelings to fluctuate, especially when two people are apart. We cry and moan because we refuse to let go of what we had. We refuse the change. And as a result, we refuse the bigger blessings that are in store down the road.

Yeah, sometimes love sucks. It's sad. It hurts like mad. But then sometimes it's necessary. And when the heaviness begins to recede, you start to notice the sky again and the birds, who have been singing to you all along. Slowly, and overtime you let the pain go and accept the loss. You then enter a new beginning ... one full of hope, love, and life.

Breakups, heartbreaks, and heartaches have gotten a bad rap over the years as something to be avoided at all costs, even if it costs you your sanity, peace, or life. Every heart broken is a breakthrough to something greater if you allow it.
